Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of adburnermediasolutions.com and any services you purchase from AdBurner Media Solutions ("AdBurner", "we", "us"). By engaging us for a project or subscription, you agree to the terms below.

(01)Services

We provide creative production services (UGC video ads, performance ad creatives, marketing and brand videos) and technology services (website development and app development). The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for your engagement are defined in the written quote or proposal we send you.

(02)Quotes & payment

• Project work is billed 50% in advance to begin and 50% on delivery, unless your proposal states otherwise.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly, in advance.
• Prices are quoted in INR for Indian clients and USD for international clients. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Work begins after the advance payment is received. Final files and source assets are released on full payment.

(03)Revisions

Every project includes the revision rounds stated in its scope. We lock scripts, designs and key decisions with you before production, so revisions stay focused on refinement. Requests that change the agreed scope (new formats, new pages, new features) are quoted separately before we proceed.

(04)Intellectual property

Full ownership of all final deliverables — videos, designs, code and source files — transfers to you upon final payment. Until then, all work remains our property. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing before the project starts.

(05)Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and approvals so the project keeps moving.
• Ensure all content, claims and materials you ask us to use are lawful and accurate.
• Confirm you hold the rights to any logos, footage, images, music or other materials you supply to us.

(06)Timelines

Delivery timelines in quotes are good-faith estimates. They depend on how quickly feedback, approvals and materials come back from your side — delays in feedback extend timelines accordingly. We flag any schedule risk as soon as we see it.

(07)Limitation of liability

We deliver work of professional quality, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as ad performance, sales or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at the fees you actually paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

(08)Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for all work completed up to the termination date; any advance covering work not yet started is refunded. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime before the next billing date.

(09)Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
